Overview of a Law Practice in Sarasota, Florida
Jack Wm. Windt has been a sole practitioner since 1960, soon after receiving his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Since that time, he has developed strong ties to his community, both professionally and personally. He represents the Doolittle Raiders Association (a veteran's organization) pro bono (for no fee), and works with Attorneys Title Insurance Company, also known as The Fund.
In addition, Jack has been very involved in local civic matters and has served as president of many local associations, including Kiwanis and a residential community association. He is a member of the Shrine Club and the Masonic Temple, and is involved in religious organizations. A music enthusiast, he also served on the board of the Sarasota Jazz Club.
Jack is experienced in nearly every facet of law that a person may need, and if he does not have an answer to your question he will find it, or will find someone who does have the answer. He is accessible to his clients at all times, even on weekends. He listens to his clients and is genuinely concerned about their welfare and attentive to their needs. He provides individual attention to each client, treating them as if they are the most important people in the world. Thanks to this, much of Jack's business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
Jack Wm. Windt, Attorney at Law, would like the chance to show you how working with a sole practitioner can make all the difference. Many clients appreciate that "the buck stops here" in a one-man firm -- he takes responsibility for all of his clients and works hard to achieve the best result possible in each situation. If you are in need of a lawyer in Sarasota or another area of Southwest Florida, please do not hesitate to call, stop by, or fill out the form on this site.
